Cancellation/Stall Holding Policy

$10 Cancellation/Stall Holding Fee

All permanent stallholders must pay a $10 cancellation fee if they are unable to attend any Sunday.

Row F Stallholders: The full rent must be paid regardless of attendance.

Weekly Attendance Requirement

Permanent stallholders are expected to attend every week-rain or shine.

The only exceptions are:

• ✅ Market cancellations by management
• ✅ Public or religious holidays

Non-Payment Consequences

If the cancellation fee (or full rent for Row F) is not paid by 5pm the following Friday, you will be removed as a permanent stallholder.

You may still book as a casual stallholder in the future.

Weather Concerns?

If you are worried about bad weather affecting your stock, a permanent stall at an outdoor market may not be for you.

You are welcome to book as a casual stallholder instead.
