Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFER OF BOOKING

A $10 cancellation fee applies if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations can be made up until 05:00pm the day prior to your booked date. This cancellation fee does not apply to ‘no shows’ on the day. ‘No shows’ on the day will not be refunded.

It is free to transfer your booking to another date. Transfers can be made up until 05:00pm the day prior to your booking. ‘No shows’ on the day will not have their bookings transferred or refunded.

If you are to transfer your booked date, please choose the new date carefully, as we will only transfer your booking once.

Transfer of booking date, credits or rain checks offered to stallholders can not be redeemed for cash.

Once a booking has been transferred, that booking can not be cancelled in the future.
